Saffron on the Sea is one of Koh Chang’s culinary highlights. The location is gorgeous: a jungle venue, with tables among the trees, overlooking the rocky Koh Chang coastline. Authentic Thai dishes are plated beautifully and the service is also friendly and efficient, something not many places on the islands have been able to accomplish.
