Leo Beer and Cactus Bar delivered as promised and hosted one of the most fun parties we’ve seen all year. The two came together for a truly epic Leo Full Moon Party on August 1, 2015.

It all started in the AM with a sunny day on Koh Phangan. People on the beach donned Leo swag and enjoyed the sheer beauty of the popular Thai island. Koh Phangan is constantly on the lists of top islands in the world, and it’s easy to see why. White sand beaches, clear blue water, and lush palm trees aren’t a bad backdrop for a wild party.

And wild it was. When the sun started to go down, the volume started to turn up and people poured onto the beach. There was fire, there was dancing, and there was one massive Leo stage fitted with crazy light installations that lit up the whole beach. Countless people lit up their faces and bodies with glow in the dark paint, creating a glowing frenzy of neon all night.

Partygoers broadcasted the epic experience on social media using the hashtags #LeoFullMoonParty and #LeoBeerTH. From what they’ve posted, clearly this was an over the top night to be remembered.

The party raged on with thanks to a killer lineup of incredible DJs. DJ Metro, DJ J2K, DJ Crazboyz were some of the talent responsible for crushing it, not to mention DJ Darragh Casey from the Kolour Krew who opened up the party. There was dancing on the stage, dancing on the beach, dancing in the day, dancing in the night. People couldn’t get enough of the adrenaline rushing music.

There was more to the extravaganza than free beers, free merch, and great music. To add an extra, positive element to the affair, Leo hosted a beach cleanup to keep Koh Phanang pristine. Leo Full Moon’s Beach Cleaning Crew members spruced up the beach for an hour before the bash and earned even more free brews.

The cleanup turned out to be a great success, with party people pitching in to keep the environment looking fly. The cleaning crew was decked out with Leo tanks and were hooked up with beers after the chore was completed.
